Lawrence Morris, his wife Ester and their two children have resided in East St. Paul for over 30 years.
First elected in 1995, he has served in key positions of responsibility during his fifteen consecutive years with Council, including Mayor, Councillor, Deputy Reeve and Chairman of numerous committees.
In addition to a distinguished 35-year career with the Canadian Grain Commission, Lawrence was and continues to be active in the community. He is a founding member of the East St. Paul Lions Club and is Past President of the Community Club. As such, Lawrence believes strongly in supporting local groups and the importance of volunteerism and service to the community.
Lawrence is honoured to be serving his second term as Mayor of East St. Paul and maintains his commitment to responsible, transparent and proactive municipal governance.

Mike Wasylin was acclaimed as Ward 1 Councillor in October and is now serving his third-term in that capacity. Mike was again named Deputy Mayor and currently represents East St. Paul's interests on the Rivers West Board, the Partnership of the Manitoba Capital Region, and the Red River Basin Commission.
Mike's priorities include balancing our infrastructure demands (especially sewer and water) with a moderate pace of development. A more equitable system of assessing water and sewer rates as determined by the Public Utilities Board is an immediate concern.
Mike is a practicing lawyer, specializing in real estate and litigation for the past 30 years. He and wife Claire are parents to Christopher and Kate and adoptive "grandparents" to a Husky-Lab mongrel, Gus. The Wasylins live, work and play at 390 Terrance Place.

204-663-8182Doreen Negrich-Lozinski, a life-long resident of East St. Paul, is a Realtor and the co-owner of Century21 Advanced Realty.
In addition to being kept busy by her business and family, Doreen is very active in the community. Currently, she serves as a member of the Streetscaping Committee and the Manitoba Association of Regional Recyclers, and is on the Board of Directors of the Red River Basin Commission. Doreen was also the former coordinator for the East St. Paul Police Victims Services and is heavily involved in the Emergency Planning Committee and COPP (Citizens on Patrol Program and Speed Watch).
As Ward 2 Councillor, Doreen strives to bring positive change to the community and looks forward to continuing to serve the interests of residents on Council.

Councillor Barry Schreyer, Ward III

Barry Schreyer has lived in East St. Paul for more than four decades, with 33 of those years spent in Ward Three. He and his wife Karen Klayh, a lifelong resident of the municipality, have three grown children: Brittany, Christopher and Caitlin.
Barry's business career spans over 40 years and various fields, from road construction and redi-mix concrete to real estate development and financial investment. He brings to Council diverse experience, proficiency in multiple industries, and pragmatic management principles.
In his first-term as Councillor, Barry's focus is on representing both the residents of Ward Three and the municipality as a whole. To do so effectively, he believes that residents and Council must create a collaborative and common sense approach towards problem-solving. With time, effort and a willingness to work together, he hopes to effect change and successfully deal with future issues.

Councillor Charles Posthumus, Ward IV
Home: 204-663-0210Charles Posthumus had lived in East St. Paul for over 20 years. His wife, Diana, is the Principal of Kildonan-East Collegiate and together they have three children - Chad, Christina and Jessie.
In addition to owning East St. Paul Electric, Charles is a board member of the East St Paul Community Club, the Basketball Director for WMBA, and Basketball Convenor and Hockey Coach for the East St Paul Community Club. He also coaches High School Basketball at Kildonan East and Robert Andrews.
Currently serving on the Board of the Red River North Trails and Interlake Recreation Commission and is the East St Paul Representative for the Trans Canada Trail.
Charles supports the maintenance and improvement of roadways, drainage and lighting in the community. He also believes strongly in the value that our recreational facilities and programming bring. In his second term as Councillor, Charles intends to represent Ward 4 residents with a strong voice at all council meetings.
